Select text in any document and leave a comment on exactly that passage. The highlight stays anchored to the words you picked, and the sidebar lists every comment in document order.
Replies thread underneath, so a point and its answer stay together. Resolve a comment once it is dealt with and it drops out of the default view without being deleted — it is still there under Resolved.
If the document is edited afterwards, a comment whose passage has moved is re-found by its quoted text and flagged as uncertain rather than silently pointing at the wrong line.

Comments are available over MCP, so the agent that wrote a document can read the feedback on it. list_reviews returns the open comments, reply_to_review answers one, and resolve_review closes it off once the change is made.
Review in the browser, revise in the agent, without copying text between them.

Every update keeps the previous version. Open History on a document to read an earlier revision or diff it against what is there now.
Comments record the revision they were written against, so old feedback still tells you which version it was about.
